Often I’ll find my self wanting to make something and don’t have all the ingredients. This is a great example of making the best from what you have.
1,2,3 Almost a Mango Lassi
1 Cup fresh peeled mango
1 Cup soy or almond milk
1 Tablespoon Agave
Pinch of salt.
Step one:
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
