I had the pleasure of meeting this performer at a Jamie Drastik show this summer in Manhattan. I didn’t know he was an artist but I knew he was special because it was the middle of a hot and humid NYC summer and he arrived at the venue wearing one of those hats that looks like a bear head with long scarf-like flaps that hang down to your waist and paws on the ends. He was a really nice guy; playful, really open and super friendly right off the bat–no ‘tude whatsoever. He even let me wear his bear hat toward the end of the night.
A couple of weeks later, I got to hear his music. I really like his song “F*ck the Other Side.” It’s aggressive and packed full of energy. I had the opportunity to see him perform this song live and, luckily for us, that performance is on YouTube. I get chills watching it even on my small computer screen. And you know how I feel about chills. Check it out below.
Another one of my faves is “Muse” with Olivia Cipolla. Now, I didn’t put this in my bio because there is no subtle way to add “I love pole dancing” in there. But I do. I love it.
