Fashion Friday: Spotlight on Threads for Thought

If you’re looking for sustainable apparel, please, my fashionable friends, meet Threads for Thought. This company, available in many stores (even your local Whole Foods probably carries Threads for Thought stuff) and online, uses organic cotton and polyester derived from recycled water bottles. The company also focuses on charitable giving to sustainable groups and advocates. The best part – the stuff is affordable!

Here are some of my favorite Threads for Thought finds:

Ladies, check out the Summer of Love maxi dress. It’s 100% organic cotton, adorable, and will only put you back $54.

Next up is the Pipeline skirt — I can see this worn on the beach or out to dinner. It’s versatile, edgy, and sexy all the same — at $40, I can’t pass up this sustainable pick.

Guys, check out Threads for Thought’s Crazy Stripe V — it’s around $24, made from materials that you’ll be happy about, and will take you from summer poolside to those first cool fall days in the park.

Want to look good and feel good at the same time? Check this line out! These are just some of my favorite Threads for Thought pieces — they feature their full line of men’s and women’s goods on their site. Let us know what you love in the comments!
