iEG Crush: Gluten Free & Vegan: Mary’s Gone Crackers…Plus a Giveway!

There’s something about Mary…apparently she’s gone crackers! And ya know what? We’ve gone a little crazy for her too :)

Mary’s Gone Crackers has put vegan, gluten free, snacks on the map. They even sell them in Costco! In fact, I was first introduced to the brand by my unsuspecting, certifiably anti-vegan stepmom. Little did she know, her new favorite snack was cruelty-free and chock full of great ingredients. While the company has grown in leaps and bounds over the last decade, they have always stayed true to their humble beginnings, Mary’s original whole grain cracker made with brown rice, quinoa, and flax and sesame seeds.

Today, we are highlighting their COOKIE line! We know how often GF snacks drive you crazy with their egg and dairy additions. Kiss those days goodbye, because these treats are 100% free of animal products, not to mention gmos and other icky ingredients.

A word from Mary:

“Made with real food ingredients, you can enjoy our love cookies anytime. Mary’s Gone Crackers’ love Cookies use coconut palm sugar, a pure, whole-food sugar that is made from the  sweet nectar of the coconut palm tree. They also contain chia seeds, an ancient superfood high in healthful omega-3 fatty acids.

The entire Mary’s Gone Crackers’ line is manufactured in the USA in a dedicated organic, gluten free, vegan, nut free, dairy free facility to ensure there is no cross-contamination.”

I love Mary’s Gone Crackers, and I’ve tried the chocolate chip cookies (which are quite good!), but I’m dying to try the whole grain pretzels I just discovered on the website! I love pretzels, but I’m trying to avoid the processed white flour that’s found in most brands.

  8. Curry pretzels would be fabulous now, especially with a little hummus or peanut butter. The Sling ChicoBag is kinda cool too. ;)

All the cookies look great, I have a huge sweet tooth! Gingersnap are usually my favorite flavor.
