Happy Vegan Pizza Day! 4 Incredible, Unordinary Pies

Happy Vegan Pizza Day! Yes, it’s a thing I promise.

To celebrate, I put together this montage of interesting vegan pizzas from the wonderful worldwide web to try, as well as a list of vegan cheese recipes!

Taters ‘n’ Greens Tofu Scramble Pizza

This recipe I found on a vegan blog called Keepin It Kind under a list of crazy vegan pizzas. I thought this one looked the most unique, and can’t wait to try it.

Vegan Thai Pizza

I am very intrigued by this pizza by Quinoa and Coffee because unlike many vegan versions of otherwise omnivorous dishes, this recipe does not require faux meat or cheese.  It is made with peanut sauce, and fresh veggies to complement.  I just can’t get enough thai food.

Zucchini, Squash, Red Onions and Pistachio Pizza

Talk about unique.  This pizza would make an excellent entree for vegan date night or an awesome appetizer for a party.  The pistachios are an awesome addition for a little extra crunch.

Raw Vegan Pizza with Spinach, Pesto and Mushrooms

This pizza completely blows my mind.  RAW PIZZA?!  There is nothing about this recipe that isn’t incredible, not to mention nutrition dense.  If you’re up for a challenge and are ready to open your mind to the wonder of raw veganism, give this recipe your all.

Pesto….Hemp seeds… Fresh Veggies… Does life get better?

Roasted Garlic and Sun Dried Tomato Vegan Cashew Cheese

Looks real, right? Oh the wonders of cashews.  Melt this on your vegan pizza pie.

Vegan Mozzarella Balls

They are made from soy yogurt, and are a wonderful addition to any green salad or melted on a vegan pizza!

What are you waiting for? Go celebrate vegan pizza day and share with all of your friends because you probably can’t eat all of these pizzas alone.

ENJOY YOUR VEGAN PIZZA DAY!
