After any big event or “thing” in life (or at least in mine), I feel this tremendous let down. The Urban Dictionary calls this “post-party depression”. Man all day I was lying around thinking ‘I want my mommy’… I had post-party depression. While it was not a party, going from country to country, experiencing torrential rain one day and sunshine the next and going from seeing-your-breath cold to mid 90’s in one day, was definitely a sensory soiree.
