Hemp has been cultivated for over 10,000 years and it’s one of the earliest domesticated plants. It was first used in China and Taiwan to make ropes, pottery, clothing, and even early forms of paper. Today, it’s still used to make many of those things and more! It would probably be easier to make a list of things hemp can’t be used for. Weight Loss Wednesday: Green Smoothies

I drink amazing green smoothies every day that I make in a 10 dollar blender. Yep, a 10 dollar blender. If one of your excuses to not make healthy smoothies is that you don’t own a fancy state-of-the-art machine, throw that one out the window. Okay so sometimes I do want to throw my blender against the wall, but dealing with its many problems to end up with an awesome smoothie is always worth it. Weight Loss Wednesday: Eat Your Biggest Meal for Breakfast

Many recent studies have shown that it’s best to eat the majority of your calories early in the day. A study recently published in the International Journal of Obesity showed that those who ate earlier in the day lost significantly more weight than those who ate later, even though both groups were eating the same amount of calories. Dessert is my favorite meal. Yep, I said it. If I could eat it all day everyday, I probably would. Cupcakes, cookies, ice cream; I love it all.
