Traveling Tastebuds: Ethiopian Cuisine

I love having a variety of global flavors in my diet. I love Indian dishes, Thai dishes, Greek dishes, the list goes on and on. But up until the other day, one cuisine that I hadn’t come across was Ethiopian. I had heard great things about Ethiopian food; it’s inexpensive, fun to eat, and most of all, super vegan friendly.
