Weight Loss Wednesday: Switch up Your Greens!

Most of us get the gist of green smoothies by now. You throw in your fruits, almond milk or water, and of course, your greens. I don’t have the scientific evidence to back this up, but I’m guessing if you asked a group of people what kind of greens they use in their smoothies, most would answer “spinach.” If they’re a bit more adventurous, they may answer “kale.” Continue reading
