Please note there is NO cholesterol in our products. It was a misprint by our manufacturer and we are working on updating the nutritional information on our labels ASAP.

ARE ANY ITEMS GLUTEN FREE?

Yes! Our YéSo Sauce is gluten-free so you can add your favorite noodles or use it any way you would use a traditional queso sauce. It is the same sauce we use in our Mac & Yease recipe!

ARE ANY ITEMS SOY FREE?

We are always working to add more options to the iEatGrass menu but right now we do not have soy-free options.

ARE ALL IEATGRASS ITEMS VEGAN?

Yes! All iEatGrass products are 100% plant-based.

HOW DO I STORE MY IEG PRODUCTS?

They can be refrigerated or frozen. If you are going to cook them within the week, keep refrigerated until ready to use, if it's going to be longer it's best to store in the freezer. Defrost overnight in the refrigerator prior to cooking. If you're only cooking a portion of the product, store the rest in an airtight container in the refrigerator and use it within 5 days. If frozen, the food will keep up to a year, if sealed in the refrigerator it will keep up to 45 days.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

At this time we can only ship within the U.S.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO SHIP?

Orders ship every week Mon-Wed with UPS Ground or 2nd Day Air depending on your location within the United States. You will receive an email with tracking information once the order ships.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Due to the items being perishable, we are not able to accept returns but if there is an issue with the order please contact us with your four-digit order number and we will resolve the issue to the best of our ability.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE ARRIVES DAMAGED?

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the order is damaged or incorrect. We will do our best to correct the issue and send out a replacement immediately. Please contact us with your four-digit order number and photos of the damage.

WHY IS SHIPPING SO PRICEY?

We offer free shipping if you spend $100 or more. Due to the items being perishable we must take extra care to make sure your orders arrive intact and consumable. We use ClimaCell Insulated Box Liners and UPS 2 day shipping to ensure the food arrives cold and ready to eat!

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

All orders receive a confirmation email and tracking information when the order ships to the email you provided at checkout. Please make sure to provide the correct email so that you get the information right away. Please make sure to provide the correct shipping address at the time of checkout; we cannot be held responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to a wrong address.

If you received a delivery notification and the package has not turned up, please contact UPS with your tracking number first for information. If you have not received the package within 48 hours of the delivery notification please contact us with your four-digit order number for assistance.
